A ceiling mount is a structure that allows a monitor to be hung from the ceiling at different heights (depending on the length of the tube that forms it), providing a suspended installation and saving space on the floor or wall. It is ideal for environments such as conference rooms, auditoriums or exhibitions.

To make sure that a bracket is compatible with a monitor, it is important to check two key points:

- VESA compatibility: VESA is the standard that defines the distance (in millimeters) between the mounting holes on the back of the monitor and the bracket. Both measurements (horizontal and vertical) should be compared to ensure that they match.

Example: If the VESA of the monitor is 500x300 mm and that of the stand is 600x400 mm, they will be compatible because the nails can be adjusted to the correct distance horizontally and use can be made of the multiple holes in the nails to adjust them vertically.

- Weight compatibility: The stand must be able to support the weight of the monitor without exceeding its maximum capacity.

Example: If the monitor weighs 14 kg and the stand supports up to 12 kg, they will not be compatible. On the other hand, if the support supports up to 18 kg, they will be.
