Content management systems (CMS) in the cloud allow users to control the uploading of content remotely from anywhere with Internet connection. Depending on the CMS used, it is possible to upload images, videos and web content, among others, and even design visual elements. In addition, these contents can be scheduled for broadcasting on different calendars and, in some cases, allow control of certain monitor parameters, such as screen orientation, volume or input source.

CMSs are widely used in environments where digital signage monitors are managed and a complete and simple solution for their administration is sought. They are common in stores, airports, companies and other spaces where visual communication is key.
