The video door entry panel is the element that is placed on the outside of the premises, therefore it is also called an outdoor unit, and allows to make calls from visitors to the building staff.
These devices also have the ability to open the door through their relay outputs. This model has 1 relay output to manage up to 1 gate. In addition, it has integrated access control, allowing identification through cards or key fobs with MF technology of 13.56 MHz, NFC, Bluetooth, QR code reading, as well as keypad for numeric codes and biometrics with facial recognition. Temporary PIN and QR codes are also available to provide limited access from your SmartPlus mobile application.
IP equipment communicates and is powered by Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the number of cables required for operation.
Its 5" touch screen allows you to display the directory of users to call, as well as to enter PIN codes for access.
Its exterior grade IP65 allows it to be installed outdoors.
Advanced configurable functions: wiegand connection (allows adding third-party access readers for user identification), two-way video (allows making a video call showing the users who answer the call), ONVIF protocol (allows integrating the camera in CCTV video recorders) and standard SIP protocol 2.0 (allows integrating the equipment in third-party PBX telephone exchanges).
From the Akuvox Installer Cloud the installation structure is created and the devices are added by their MAC addresses. In this cloud-based platform, you can update the firmware of the devices, modify their local settings (such as network parameters, volume settings, relay parameters, etc.) or monitor their connection status, all remotely. In addition, this system allows computers to communicate with each other from anywhere, without the need to open ports or use a VPN, thanks to the Multisite technology.
The Property Manager Cloud allows you to manage community and office projects created by installers to give credentials to users (key fobs or PIN codes), view access logs or send messages to users.
With the SmartPlus mobile application, the end user can receive calls, open the door or view the live camera of the panel, all from any location. Users can review a complete call and access log, with screenshots, or set up different access methods (PIN codes, NFC and/or Bluetooth access or facial recognition). In addition, they can also create temporary access codes, called temporary keys, with which to generate time-limited access to share with those who need to access the system.
