The video door entry panel is the element that is placed on the outside of the premises, therefore it is also called an outdoor unit, and allows to make calls from visitors to the building staff.
These devices also have the ability to open the door through their relay outputs. This model has 2 relay outputs to manage up to 2 doors simultaneously. In addition, it has integrated access control, allowing identification through cards or key fobs with MF technology of 13.56 MHz, as well as a keypad for numeric codes.
The 2 wire equipment communicates and is powered by conventional copper cables (called wires) and distributors, making it possible to reuse conventional installations that already have this type of wiring.
Its physical numeric keypad allows users to easily call and enter PIN codes for access.
Its exterior grade IP65 allows it to be installed outdoors. In addition, its IK08 anti-vandalism rating allows it to withstand the most challenging environments.
With the Hik-Connect mobile application, the end user can receive calls, open the door or view the panel camera live, all from any location.
