The video door entry panel is the element that is placed on the outside of the premises, therefore it is also called an outdoor unit, and allows to make calls from visitors to the building staff.
These devices also have the ability to open the door through their relay outputs. This model has 2 relay outputs to manage up to 2 doors simultaneously, with 12 VDC output (allows direct power supply to the electronic lock without the need for an additional voltage source as the equipment is powered by standard PoE). In addition, it has integrated access control, allowing identification through cards or key fobs with MF technology of 13.56 MHz, as well as a keypad for numeric codes.
IP equipment communicates and is powered by Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the number of cables required for operation.
Its physical numeric keypad allows users to easily call and enter PIN codes for access.
Its exterior grade IP65 allows it to be installed outdoors.
From the software iVMS-4200 you can link boards and monitors to make and receive calls, create contacts, send informative messages to monitors or review call logs.
With the Hik-Connect mobile application, the end user can receive calls, open the door or view the panel camera live, all from any location.
