What products are included?
ALL the products from our catalogue, without any exception..
What about the products bought already?
We also extend their guarantee to 3 years. All the products you have bought or will buy from us are covered by 3 years guarantee.
What happens if a product breaks down and you are not able to repair it?
If our technical service people are not able to substitute or repair the damaged parts, we will exchange the product with a totally new one.
And what if the product is already discontinued?
The CCTV technology evolves very fast, and at Visiotech we are equally fast adding the latest developments to our catalogue. If a discontinued product breaks down, we will exchange it with a new one with the same or improved features.
Who gives the 3 years guarantee, the manufacturer or you?
The guarantee is granted by us. Therefore, you do not have to worry about who the manufacturer of the product is, we will respond.
Can I offer this guarantee to my customers?
Of course. The idea is that if you are one of our customer, you can offer your customers an extended 3 years guarantee as an additional service. Please note that the 3 year period begins at the purchasing date (invoice date).
Do I have to present some kind of document to validate the guarantee?
It would be convenient for you to keep the invoice, but do not worry if you cannot find it, we will look you up in our files and apply the guarantee.
Is your refund policy going to change?
No. As always, if you buy a product and decide to return it to us within the period of 15 days from the reception, all you have to do is to inform us and send it back as you received it, and we will refund the invoiced amount.
