Safire launches their revolutionary range of XVR Universal 5in1 (5N1) recorders, backed up by their proven quality and reliability plus their usual 3-year guarantee. The new range of recorders introduces several ground-breaking technological advances which differentiate them from their predecessors and competitors.
The next revolution: XVR Universal 5N1 Recorders
Previously, when choosing a CCTV recorder, one of the greatest limitations was to decide which, single, existing HD technology to adopt. Now, thanks to Safire’s XVR recorders, you can mix and match as required and thereby break this barrier. Safire is the first brand in the market to offer this flexibility.
HD up to 1080p | HDTVI up to 3MP
Video quality and image resolution have also evolved.
The new models range from 4 to 32 channels and are organised in 3 different Series which adapt to most requirements: different resolutions and with, or without, alarms:
- Series 3/3A: 720p/1080p Lite Real Time functionality on all models without restrictions.
- Series 6/6A: 1080p 12FPS | 720p/1080p Lite, 25FPS
- Serie 8A: 3MP 12FPS / 1080p Real Time High resolution which breaks the FullHD barrier.
The X factor: H.264+ compression
Historically, video surveillance systems have inherited compression systems, such as H.264, from the motion picture industry. The new Smart Codec H.264+ applies CCTV specific concepts such as higher rates of static images than in the Cinema to help make average bandwidth and storage savings of 50% when compared to H.264; savings which translate directly to cost reductions.
4K Video performance
Versatility is the Safire XVR’s best asset for monitoring and that is where they cover all possibilities: from a traditional BNC Spot output, through to models with the latest 4K HDMI interfaces, Safire’s XVR recorders allow you to reuse existing equipment or install the latest generation of 4K monitors.
Up to 1000m over Coaxial cable
Not only does Safire’s XVR leave behind the technological and resolution limits of previos recording systems but they also implement the new version 3.0 of HD over coax technology to achieve the longest transmission ranges so far.
Easy installation: Power-over-Coax (PoC)
One of the main advantages to date for the installer has been to transmit video, audio and data signals down the same cable. Now Safire make things even easier with the incorporation of Power over Coax (PoC). Without a doubt the easiest and fastest equipment to get up and running.
Added intelligence: Video Analysis
Complementary to all the new features incorporated into Safire’s XVR range, the new recorders now include advanced Video Content Analysis (VCA): Tripwires, Area intrusion and Audio exceptions. And, from a maintenance point of view, the XVR recorders also include Video Quality Diagnostics (VQD) which help identify image deficiencies such as lack of brightness, colour or even out-of-focus cameras. Of course, similar to the familiar motion detection, all these new VCA / VQD functions can generate configurable events and alarms which can also be stored on the most common Cloud services: Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive.
Powerful yet simple, remote access
Safire satisfies even the fussiest users with their complete, but easy to use, App: Safire Control Centre. For those who need a quick and simple solution for their remote viewing needs then the Safire EasyView software is the way to go. Quick configuration thanks to QR Coded setup with Safire’s excellent EasyConnect P2P platform.
Ease of installation, advanced functions like VCA and VQD, industry specific compression thanks to H.264+, higher resolution and long transmission distances all make Safire the number #1 choice for your installations, and, with the added benefit of being an exclusive brand Safire helps your business stand out. A sure bet!
